Tom looked him over insultingly. "You sure you'd be able to handle it, little man?" He hissed.

Tom gave a harsh laugh. "Bipolar Disorder means I'm more inclined to go manic." He corrected him. "And that's usually when I hurt people."

Tom gave him a cool look. "I'm currently looking after my daughter." The words cost him a lot, but he wasn't going to risk Marlee.

Tom rolled his eyes, balling his fists. He stared at the ground. I'm not making excuses. I will not risk her getting hurt.

Tom dumped Marlee in Michael's arms and leapt for Pete, slamming his fist into the older man's face.

Pete staggered a little, laughing as he did so. Standing still for a moment, he let a little blood flow from his nose before wiping it away and smirking. He calmly stepped towards Tom before slamming his own fist into the guitarist's face, kicking him in the stomach as he did so.

Tom swore as Pete's fist connected with the bruise that the younger Tom had created and Michael had inflamed. Something in his cheek snapped and he hissed, doubling over to protect his stomach. He shoved Pete down and hit him again.

Despite how sore he still was, Pete chuckled to himself, slowly rising to his feet, unsteady as he staggred. He used his strength to push Tom down to the ground with a kick, his hands pushing down on the guitarist's shoulders. As he lay there, Pete kicked the guitarist's side, spitting on him as he did so.

Tom stifled his cry of pain, wiping away blood from his face. He shoved his body into Pete's legs, shaking.

Pete nearly fell, but steadied himself by gripping Tom's hair lightly, kicking the guitarist as he did so. Blood was still falling from his own nose. Their blood mixed together on the ground, starting to encompass them.

Tom choked on the blood dripping into his mouth and staggered to his feet, lunging for the smaller man.

Pete fell backwards onto the ground, groaning loudly as his back hit the hard path underneath him, knocking the air out of him. He still hadn't quite recovered form the encounter with Gabe. He gasped for air, clawing at Tom's shoulders until he built up enough strength to knock the guitarist off of himself.

Tom lunged as soon as he was pushed off, Pete's groan giving him fresh hope. He jammed his knee into the other man's stomach.

Pete's eyes widened. He heard something inside himself make a cracking noise. He groaned again, trying to kick the guitarist off of him, but ended up only kicking the man, unable to position himself to fully remove him.

Tom grabbed his shoulders and slammed him into the ground, using past memories of what had been done to him to remember how to cause pain.

Pete gasped for air, unable to gather any. Tom had seriously injured his rib cage again. Unable to give up, his anger fueling his actions, Pete surpressed any notion that he was in pain and lunged forward, moving themselves to where he was now on top, his hand around Tom's throat.

Tom choked and retched as he struggled to get Pete's hands off his throat. Black spots danced in the corners of his eyes.

Pete could hear Marlee crying in the background. As he wailing became louder, the realization of what he had just done came falling upon him. His eyes widened as he let go of the man's throat, moving himself backwards, cursing himself.

Tom struggled up into a sitting position, gently rubbing his throat. His breathing was noisy as he coughed.
