Wake up time

Toshiya was resting on his back, in the middle of nowhere, lost in this clearing, surrounded by mountains. He couldn't move much, he thought he hit his head and was dreaming, it was just too weird and foolish to be true... Until the background didn't change after half an hour... Then he opened his eyes once again, just to check, closed them, peeked from time to time, then realized that the pain was real and so was were he must have collapsed after an unknown incident.
He desperately tried to get up, but apparently his wounds were worse than he anticipated. He let out a cry of despair and lied there... For many hours.
