"Little Gabes?"He shook his head and laughed. "I didn't do anything with fans, idiot. I was just thinking about some of the more... uh, radical ones. One of them actually smelled my armpits, believe it or not. Not quite the memory you had in mind." He tightened his arms around William. "You know I'd never do that. Besides, most of them are underage." He made an exagerrated pondering face. "Althought I do like the sound of little Gabes," he said, watching William from the corner of his dark eyes.

William chewed on his bottom lip. "I dreamed - well, after you left, actually - I dreamed you had a child. A little girl. And that you were married and all. You looked pretty happy." He chuckled to lighten the mood. "Dude, you lived in the suburbs. Who would have thought?"

Gabe grinned softly at Williams expression. "I'm sure it wasn't so much the suburbs that bothered you," he said. He slid his hand along Williams waist and brought himself as close as he could. "Do I really look like the type to get married and live in a house?"

"Err, yeah," William answered truthfully. He breathed slowly, unconsciously trying to register Gabe's scent for future references. "Or - no, wait - you look like the kind of guy who'd attract a girl who'd want marriage and a house. And you're too nice to refuse, especially if there's a daughter involved."

Gabe backed away. "Would you leave a single mother all alone? I'd at least help her financially." He shook his head. "But that'll ever happen," he said. "Especially not now." And he grinned at Williams expression. "Something wrong, Billie-dear?"

William shrugged and smiled timidly. "I know it was only a dream but...you looked really happy with a family. A normal family. There are plenty of things I can't give you, and..." He stared at Gabe and giggled. "Oh, stop grinning like that, I feel like you're making fun of me."

Gabe passed a hand into Williams brown hair and rocked the younger singer backwards. "You've already given me plenty," he said with a smile. He kissed him softly. "I know you can't control dreams." He thought of the multiple dreams he'd had earlier, and the words he had pronounced as a result of them. "Just don't let them scare you," he said.

William nodded, admitting that he could trust Gabe with the decisions he made. He's never been this confident about anything before. "I won't." He grinned and hugged the man against him. "I love you, hot thing."

"I''ve got you, babe," he said and he wiggled his shoulders, giggling. "What're we gonna do when we come back?" He stopped his shoulders and stayed perfectly still. His eyes were serious, fixed on William.

"I was hoping they'd have thought me dead and decided to sell my appartment so I'd have to crash to your place," William answered with a giggle. He blushed. "That way you wouldn't feel like sending me back home."

Gabe's head fell and he went into a fit of laughs. "Priceless," he said. "Might be the opposite, though. You never know, I might be the one that'll have to crash at your place." He pondered. "Chicago or Brooklyn?"

William's grin grew wider. He accepted! "Would Chicago be a problem? I mean, I know you've got your things in Brooklyn and all. Probably all your crazy cult followers, too." He snickered.

Gabe shrugged. "I'll guess it'll depend who's house they sold first," he said. He thought about leaving Brooklyn - forever - and frowned. He wasn't sure; he had lived a big part of his life there.

William wasn't dumb - he could see the whole idea of leaving Brooklyn, something he was familiar with, didn't appeal to Gabe. "They probably sold my appartment first anyways. I never spent much time in Brooklyn... I hope there are many places to get cheap pizza," he said happily. I'm asking Gabe to live with me. That's scary enough. Too much change can't be good for him.

"Cheap pizza is pretty easy to find, yeah," Gabe said with a small grin. He was excited about living with William. Chicago couldn't be so bad, could it? Gabe thought about the idea of living in Illinois for a couple of seconds and shook his head. No. No, surely if he was to live with William, it wouldn't matter where they were. He'd be on tour most of the time, anyways. "...I'm sure they haven't sold your appartment," he said.

William laughed, and ruffled Gabe's hair. He's cute. "Hey - it doesn't matter. We'll see once we get back home. It's gonna be kind of a spur of the moment thing. Like, 'surprise, one of us is homeless'." He chuckled. "We should take decisions along the way, not too soon. Not plan too much."

A wide grin drew itself on Gabes features. "That feels good," he said as he petted his hair flat. He coughed. "But you're right. We'll see. Technically, we're not even off here yet, so..." He fell silent. I just wonder wether you'll grow tired of me if we say stuck here forever. "Not to sound pessimistic, or anything," he said with a smile.

"Aw, Gabey." William grinned. "At least if we're stuck here I know the competiton's pretty restricted," he said. "You're stuck with me, Saporta. You can't kick me out of an island." I don't know how staying close to eachother all the time is going to affect our relationship, though. I hope it won't ruin anything.

"Kick you out of an island? I wouldn't dream of trying," Gabe said with a laugh. "I wouldn't know who'd come after me if I even considered it." He plopped down in the sand. "Gee," he said. "I wonder if Sisky and the Butcher are really at it right now." He leant his head on his hands and took a deep breath. His eyes looked out at the open sea. I really had no idea about those two. Things are so weird around here. It wasn't bad - it was just weird.

William traced shapes in the sand with his feet before sitting down. "Does it creep you out? Sisky and Butcher, I had seen that coming. At least from Butcher, because he basically told me. But the others..." He thought of Tom and Michael's marriage for a moment. "I wonder if it's because everyone's alone here and some of us can't deal with that. Like they absolutely need someone." Because last time I checked, most of us weren't gay before boarding that plane.

"You might be right." Although I hate to admit it. "But... we're not like that, right?" What we've got is real, right? He dragged himself in the sand slightly closer to William and traced a finger in the sand.

William shook his head. "I know I'm not. I don't need someone, I need you. Major difference." He leaned forward and kissed the bridge of Gabe's nose. "And besides, it's not like I was that straight before."

Gabe chuckled. "I'm not sure the same can be said for me. Although..." Fuck, don't say his name Gabe. "... well yeah. Maybe just once. But I know it's different now." He wiggled closer to William. "However corny that may sound," he added with a naughty grin.

"So Alex and I made you gay?" William asked, snickering. "Teamwork," he added, and laughed. He'd always be in good terms with Alex. "I should thank him." Or maybe I should just shut up. What would he say if he knew about us?

Gabe gave William a playful punch on the shoulder, his face visibly flushed red. "I didn't become gay. I'm... bi. Yeah," he said with a semi-proud look. He slipped a peak at William. He wondered if bringing the Alex's name up bothered him. He had intentionally refrained from doing so - was he to assume everything was fine or was there still something wrong?
