| Pete was running. From what, he didn't know. All he knew was that he needed to run. To get away from what was chasing him. The volume of the foot steps behind him was increasing. The person was gaining on him. Pete kept running, forgetting about any injury he had acquired since floating onto the island's shore. He was running out of breath, but he kept running. He needed to get away from the mysterious person chasing him. Not looking on into the distance of the pitch black night, Pete didn't see the rock in front of him. His left leg hit it's jagged edge, causing his body to be catapulted towards the ground, head first, as he tripped over the rock.
Hissing in pain, Pete regained a seated composure, holding his legs close to his body, feeling the blood that began to ooze from his wounds. Panicking, Pete's heart felt like it had nearly stopped beating as he looked up to see who his assailant was. Staring down at him with gleaming eyes and a wicked smirk to match, was none other than Gabe.

| Pete stared up at the man's small form, trying to calm his breathing. Gabe glanced down at Pete, his smirk looking more wicked than ever. He reached down and grabbed one of Pete's bloody legs, tightening his grip until Pete yelped in pain. Gabe kept a firm grasp on the older man's leg, and began walking, dragging Pete along as he went. Pete yelped once more, this time because his face was being buried in a mixture of dirt, rocks, and leaves. Reaching his arms out in the hopes of grabbing one of the rocks, Pete flailed about aimlessly, only able to grasp the dirt around him. He clawed at it, searching for something to take hold of. | |

| Failing at his attempts to stop Gabe from dragging him, Pete was relieved to see a few familiar faces as he was dragged into what seemed to be a cave. He was surrounded by familiar faces who were either grinning or giving him grin looks as Gabe dragged him through the area. One face was more conspicuous than all the others. It was William's.
William walked across the empty space between himself and Gabe gracefully, his lengthy legs moving in ways that seemed to indicate that he was happy. When he reached Gabe, he pulled the older man into a quick kiss before muttering "Make it hurt." William then walked back to his place in the small crowd of familiar faces, a clear smirk on his face.
Not a split second later, Gabe began dragging Pete to a nearby clearing. Pete tried to scream, but his throat hurt too much to make a noise louder than a mere yelp.

| Once Gabe had reached his favored destination, a clear space at what seemed to be the top of a hill, he let go of Pete's leg. Pete began clawing at the ground, hoping to crawl away because he was trembling so terribly that he didn't think he could walk, much less run, away from Gabe. Gabe let a cackling noise escape his throat as he walked over towards Pete's trembling form. He stepped down on the older man's chest, applying all the force he could manage. Pete let out a yelp. He could feel Gabe's foot putting pressure on his ribs again. He could feel the clenching sensations in his chest reach an all time high as he lost all traces of oxygen in his lungs. The searing pain was enough to make him scream at the top of his lungs, but once again, the only thing Pete could manage was a mere yelp.
"You deserve this, you slut," Gabe spoke in a fierce voice. He pressed his foot harder onto Pete's back, hoping to break a few more ribs. "You deserve to die."
